- Post Holes
$20.00 ea min of 10. We use a bobcat so there must be enough room to access the yard. Holes are 12"-14" in diameter and 52"-60" deep. This is ideal for the cities of Novi and Northville, Michigan.
- Concrete Removal
I have a 5 yard dump truck and the bobcat. Minimum charge $300. Price is approx $2.50 sq ft.
- Gravel Delivery
We deliver washed crushed concrete $24.00 per yd. plus $50.00 delivery to most areas. This is ideal for underneath decks.
- Basement Remodeling
We take the unfinished part of your house and make the downstairs look like the upstairs. We use all licensed contractors; plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling to assure you of a job done right. We don't have to block off all the windows in the basement to hide from the building inspectors. We can do all or part of it. The jobs are supervised and I get the building permit for the framing and insulation.

on out part to fulfill the needs of the contract, and would not have been started without your signature on the contract and a monetary deposit. Just because you do not see anything
done at your house does not mean we have been sitting idly by hoping it would get done.
