    • hardwood turnings are custom order only, with a $50 setup charge, cost to turn approx. $5 each with your wood

  • Benches 4-5 ft. with cedar sides and trex top
  • Cupolas for gazebos $600
  • Post holes (must be accessible with a Bobcat) $20 each, min. of 10
  • Post cap lighting $50 each retail or $95 installed
  • Step lights $20 each retail or $65 installed
  • Powder coated aluminum rail and vinyl rail quoted by the job
  • 1/4 temp safety glass for glass railing, $5 per sq. ft.
  • "How-to" lessons from Steve $200, bring a pencil as there is a lot to cover!
  • Trademark king post lites are installed only and not for sale!!!
  • Deck drawings and designs are for sale if you want a great design but insist on still building yourself. We will provide enough material for you to get a permit in the state of Michigan, cost approx. $200. I will not leave you hanging if you purchase drawings, I will be more than willing to share the knowledge required to complete the job.
